No matter where you fall on the political spectrum, the emotions and stress leading up to Tuesday's election are very real. If you're struggling to cope, you're not alone. The Jewish community has been hit hard this past year and the added stress of global events have taken a toll on our mental health across the board. It's vital more so than ever before that we take time to care for ourselves and find a way to manage stress.

While the list below is full of organizations with helpful resources to care for yourself during these trying times, mental health is not to be taken lightly. If you find that you're unable to make it through your typical day, or that you're struggling to care for yourself and others, we encourage you to talk to a professional. You're not alone in your struggle, and seeking professional can make a world of difference. And remember--asking for help is not a demonstration of weakness. Instead, we believe reaching out for help is one of the biggest signs of strength a person can demonstrate.
