Why did I receive a "Verify Your Account" Email, and what is Auth0?

You might have recently received, or will soon receive, an email from Auth0 (our secure user management software) asking you to verify your account and email.

We want to clarify what's happening and share some exciting news about Recustom!

If you receive the email, you likely had an account on one of our older websites—Haggadot.com, HighHolidaysAtHome.com, or CustomAndCraft.com. We've been hard at work building Recustom, a new mix-and-match platform for Jewish rituals, designed to be more secure, user-friendly, and intuitive than ever before. As part of our commitment to providing you with the best possible experience, we're consolidating our previous websites—Haggadot.com, HighHolidaysAtHome.com, and CustomAndCraft.com—and we're moving all accounts and content over to Recustom, a single, streamlined solution. 

The Good News:

1. If you had an account on Custom & Craft, High Holidays @ Home, or Haggadot.com, it has been or will soon be automatically migrated to Recustom. You should be able to login to your account on Recustom using your same email address, though you will need to follow the prompts to reset your password. 
2. You do not need to verify your email at this point, unless you want to. If you'd like to try logging in to your account on Recustom, you will need to reset your password.
3. All of your previously created content and Haggadahs from our other sites will be available on Recustom soon. We will let you know when it becomes available!
